This website is operated for Chris Dair. For questions about your information, or to ask for access, correction or deletion, please use the contact form.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we use your name, email address, message and any event details you provide to respond to your request. Enquiries are stored securely with Cloudflare and forwarded to the website team using Resend. Resend also sends an automatic acknowledgement to the address you provide. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to music news.

Website copies of enquiries are deleted after 180 days. Messages in the team’s email inbox may be retained where needed for ongoing correspondence, a booking or record keeping.

Music news

You only join the music news list after requesting it and confirming your email address. You can unsubscribe using the link supplied with emails. We retain your address while you are subscribed; an unsubscribe record helps us honour your choice. Unconfirmed sign-ups are removed after their confirmation period and a short grace period.

Spam prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit repeated submissions. These are deleted automatically and are not used to build visitor profiles.

Website statistics and external players

We count page visits and clicks to music services and enquiry forms in aggregate. These counts do not contain your email address, message, full IP address or a persistent visitor identifier. No analytics cookies are set, and the website respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Aggregate counts are kept for up to 13 months.

Spotify players and YouTube videos connect to those providers when loaded. External music links take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your contact details.
